I secured an internship as a Visual Merchandiser at H&M Kids. The internship began pre-COVID lockdowns and continued once re-opened in June 2020. I worked well to adapt to a new way of working, with a higher workload due to unfortunate redundancies in the team. I worked alongside my mentor, Selina (the store VM). Due to the environment we were in during COVID-19, I was given responsibility of solo rehangs and put in charge of the baby departments visual responsibilities. I received excellent feedback from the Area Visual Team throughout, as they were impressed with my ability to adapt to this new role.
